  1. MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE | Retail Giant

Application consolidation of 4 applications.

Co. has 4 workflow-based applications built in .net technology for creation, modification and deletion of Masters (Customer, FG, Non-FG, vendor etc) for different geographics. Once approval is done, then entries are punched manually in SAP to create master and then code is created.

To support internal users better and develop future CRs in fastest possible time, we are looking for consolidation of these applications into one app in future forward technology.

  • Kind of Opportunity that you will offer to the Startup -> Tech vendor
  • Growth stage Startup preferred

  1. Security testing for Smart Contracts | Global Finance Co.

Looking for a startup that provides a black box product for smart contract security testing that we need for regulatory requirements.

  • We know of open source tools that perform static analysis and dynamic analysis, but the only tool we liked for Fuzzy testing is sFuzz, which is going in the right direction but is too premature for us.
  • A startup we’ve spoken to does the latter, but is SAAS-based, so they need a copy of our code – which is not ideal.
  • We’re looking for either:
    • Holistic solutions: all three checks (static analysis, dynamic analysis, fuzzy testing)
    • Or, A black box product for fuzzy testing, that has checks for all known vulnerabilities listed out on SWC

  1. WhatsApp Commerce | Retail Giant

Since WhatsApp has built a complete commerce-friendly stack, it has become a high-potential channel for brands to monetise. Multiple brands are looking to exploit the open rates and setup web-adjacent channels for direct-to-consumer sales. While the tech partners are shortlisted, we want to explore the best practices and learn from implementations of commerce (discovery to payment) channel and CRM via WhatsApp.

  1. Reimagine HC | Retail Giant

This is a bottom-up program to identify the potential of digital interventions for Home Care brands, from the point of retail product whitespaces discovery to automation of packaging artwork to market development to consumer engagement and commerce. We would like to explore unique and cutting-edge solutions that can be proposed for improved efficiency in new-product development and improved consumer experience.

  1. Data Scrapping off mobile apps | Retail Giant

In the space of Ice Cream and Nutrition, there is a major dependency on marketplace partners to provide data around stock availability, share of assortment, share of search and flavour/taste trends. Absence of this data means a loss of efficiency in brand marketing and commerce operations. We need an efficient mechanism to get the following data of applications like Swiggy, BlinkIt, Zepto, Zomato etc:

  • Search ranking on keywords
  • Listing / Presence on hot corners
  • Listing hygiene (presence of photo, name, rating, review etc.)
  • Competitor products listed with price
  • Combo pricing and listing
  • Most listed ingredients / products across category

  1. Image Analytics and AI in self-health monitoring | Retail Giant

Identifying capabilities similar to beautytech that help to bring power of AI in the space of Nutrition. We should be able to bring in experts in food science and technology who can help create quiz and image based experiences to assess the nutritional health of consumer and suggest products that can be used to improve health parameters.

  1. Early Trendspotting (Nutrition) | Retail Giant

Food and Taste trends are travelling faster, and it is critical for our brands to catch these brands ahead in time to have swifter route to market. Trends can be spotted via consumer consumption and search practices across multiple marketplaces and Google. They need to be further quantified by size of pie and competition activity in the space as well. We need a structured solution to aggregating this data across multiple platforms and bringing out insights as an early opportunity mechanism.

  1. Social engagements via Meesho, Trell etc | Retail Giant

After initial boom in the DTC setups, brands are now converging towards phygital and social. Especially, social commerce and engagements have seen a massive rise as the brands try to meet the consumers where they are. There have been massive improvements in social engagements on Meta platforms, but penetration on platforms like Meesho, Trell, MX etc. is quite low. We are looking to work with capabilities which enable discovery to purchase journey for consumers with intent on the same platform.

  1. Influencer Marketing Operations Toolkit | Retail Giant

Consumer facing brands are increasingly investing behind influencer marketing and building multi-layer strategy across different types of influencers. Growth in this space means increasing headache for brands to manage influencers across the stages of discovery (from marketplaces and agencies), contracting, briefing, performance measurement and payments. Our brands are tying up with more creators and hence this is an absolute necessity to help manage association and roadmap with the brands.

  1. Hair analysis, oral care analysis | Retail Giant

Brands like Dove, Tresemme and Indulekha are looking for solutions like image analytics-based hair analyser (to measure frizziness, shine, volume, density etc.) to diagnose and recommend the right products to consumers. This becomes an effective personalization and engagement tool. Similar capabilities, if possible, are also being explored in oral care space.

  1. Data opt-out management | Retail Giant

Managing data storage of PII records is becoming a complicated affair, especially with increase in martech capabilities around CRM, 1:1, Chatbots, DTC fulfilment, Loyalty etc. With increasing privacy regulations, we need a solution which help address consumer data deletion requests seamlessly across not just central profile store and website database, but across all the associated data storage locations (20+ at times) within our operations.

  1. AI based consumer/shopper attributes & insights engine | Retail Giant

Consumer first party data is the currency of future for a digital marketer in the wake of cookieless future. While we do a good job of data collection, there is an increasing need to enrich the profiles by stitching more attributes from browsing behaviour, shopping behaviour, CRM, Loyalty and Chatbots. Even further, these stitched profiles can be enriched by derived attributes that indicate CLTV, likelihood of customer dropping from funnel, personality traits etc. We are looking for solutions that help in developing consumer profiles via stitching and derived attributes to help increase consumer delight.
